The Ministry of Environment and Parks invites quotes from interested individuals, firms, or corporations for the delivery of park visitor services in BC Parks. This RFP represents a unique nature-based business opportunity to deliver world-class camping and day use operations.

A non-mandatory bidders’ meeting will be held on January 8 ^th , 2025 - 1:30 – 3:30PM PST.
This optional meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams. The agenda is as follows:

Bids will be received not later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on: Thursday January 23, 2025 . Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the ITQ.

Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and
conditions specified in the RFP.

All documents pertaining to this opportunity are available from this BC Bid site as an

If the Ministry posts any addendum to the Request for Proposal package, it will be made by issuing an addendum to this BC Bid® site. Bidders are strongly encouraged to select "Send Me Amendments" that is included as an option on the Opportunity Notice published on BC Bid®. By selecting this option, a registered Bidder will be automatically notified of any amendment that may be issued.
