Synopsis

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide completion of site restoration work which shall include, but not limited to the restoration of all areas disturbed by construction work such as: backfilling, all final lawn rough grading, site improvements like fencing, trees, play structures, walk and other paved surfaces for a term of 18 months.
