Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from qualified firms to manage and operate the Kiwanis Park Boating Concessions (Concessions) to ensure a quality recreation experience for the public by offering concession products and services in a convenient and affordable manner. The Concessions also include exclusive rights for boat rentals and consists of approximately 450 square feet of space devoted to the Concession area and storage (see Exhibit A – Map of Kiwanis Park).
