Description
Project Description: PCMC seeks to partner with an experienced food and beverage vendor to revitalize and expand the concessions options at the PCIA. The selected vendor will develop and implement their own novel concept that enhances the visitor experience and aligns with the unique atmosphere of the PCIA.
PCIA is open to any food service options including, but not limited to, vending machines, self-service markets, drop-off food service the current staff sells, staffed market, food trucks, etc. Multiple vendors could be selected to provide complimentary services.
