The Stark County Commissioners are selling the following described parcel of, vacant real

estate, to wit:

Parcel No. 10019944 – Moffit Rd. SW, Massillon, Ohio, Tuscarawas Township, Stark

County, Ohio known as and being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section No. 23, Township

No. 12 (Tuscarawas), Range No. 10 bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a tacked

hub found at the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence N03º - 43’ 29”E along

the east line of said Quarter Section a distance of 884.38 feet to a ¾ inch iron pipe found,

thence N73º - 35’ 54”W a distance of 758.31 feet to a point on the east line of Moffit Road SW

a 60 foot public right-of-way, thence S53º - 26’ 03”W along the east line of said Moffit Road a

distance of 42.77 feet to a deflection point, thence S53º - 03’ 00”W along the east line of said

Moffit Road, a distance of 181.34 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar set on the north line of a tract of

land now or formerly owned by E. Wolfe, said iron bar being the true place of beginning and

containing 0.038 Acres of land.

TERMS: CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK.

TERMS OF SALE: Sale of real property will go to the highest responsible bid. Sealed bids

will be received at the Offices of the Stark County Commissioners, Stark County Office

Building, 110 Central Plaza South (Suite 240), Canton, OH 44702, until 1:30 P.M. local time

on, December 16, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened.

On and after November 18, 2025, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday

property information will be on file for review at the Offices of the Stark County

Commissioners. (Phone 330-451-7371)

Bid envelopes shall be marked: Sale of Parcel# 10019944. The bid will include the name,

address, and telephone number of the bidder; the amount written in words and numbers; the

Parcel#, location of the property bid on; and the bidder’s signature.

The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
