Project Description: SCOPE: These specifications define the functional, performance, installation, integration, project implementation, and training requirements for the deployment and use of paratransit scheduling and dispatching software (PSDS) for NFTA’s complementary paratransit service, known as Paratransit Access Line (PAL).

For successful questionnaire and /or Bid/Table template uploads, please ensure you are using Microsoft Office/Excel/Word 2007 or newer.
The Questionnaire template can take a significant amount of time to prepare and can only be filled out with Microsoft Office Excel. If you attempt to fill it out with any other software (even software that exports in .xlsx format), you will receive an error when attempting to upload your file.
We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed.
