Bids for the project shall be fully executed, signed and sealed in an envelope. The Contractor’s Qualifications Statement, E-Verify, and Affidavit forms shall accompany the bid in the envelope. Bids shall be emailed, mailed or hand-delivered to the Landscape Architect; The envelope shall clearly indicate “BID – Paragon Sports Complex, Roadways & Parking Landscape Improvements – Bid Package #L1. Landscape Architect will not be responsible for Bids not clearly marked or received late.

The bidding procedure shall be in accordance with all applicable provisions of Missouri law, including but not limited to, Mo. Rev. Statute 177.086.

Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the above time at the project site. Pre-Bid is not mandatory but contractors are highly encouraged to visit the site to fully understand current conditions, accessibility to site, and any other constraints that may impact performance of work.
