Paradigms in Physics website revision consulting

Oregon State University intends to contract for consulting work on continuation of the design and implementation of the OSU Paradigms in Physics website with Ari Denison as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. The consultant must have knowledge of current web interfaces and how they connect to the underlying databases in order to finish revisions before December deadline. Minimum requirements include but are not limited to ability to redesign MySQL relational database system, maintain data integrity and migrate existing SQL data, adapt existing public-facing web pages to utilize new database structure, write custom dynamic MySQL queries and build and maintain branched source code all within and with knowledge of Paradigm in Physics website. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
