The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, U.S. Hwy 491 North, Shiprock NM, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Paper Shredding Services.
The Period of Performance is for one year twelve (12) months and three (3) option years to extend the contract. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562998 – All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services with a small business size standard of 1250 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1506104GS using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 26, 2025.
Evaluation factors may include the quoter’s technical approach to meet or exceed the government’s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail.
Quotes will be due on or by March 8, 2025. The acquisition is a Small Business set-aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
