Scope of Services
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive bids to establish quality disposable paper products to be purchased at the lowest cost to supply the central warehouse with stock to be purchased by schools and departments within the District. Brands listed on cost proposal are items currently being used throughout the district, however, vendors may propose alternate brands. Any new brand proposed must match the quality, size, durability and thickness of the requested items. Samples sent will be evaluated based on this criteria. Please refer to Page 19, Section 2, for details on submitting samples.
The award will be given to one vendor that provides the best overall cost savings on the entire lot of products listed on this bid to the District. All items listed must be bid on to be considered for award. Stock will be ordered on an as-needed basis by the School Board, no specific quantities are guaranteed.

| If we are bidding an alternative, and that alternative has a case count size that is bigger or smaller than the item that is specked on the bid, how do we submit our price for that item? Do we change the estimated usage that has been provided for that item to fit our case count size so that the mathematical formula for the total price is accurate for the evaluation? Or do we just submit our price for our case count size and leave the estimated usage alone and the purchasing team will adjust the formulas when evaluating even though they will look either higher or lower than what they really are when vendor submits? | 8/3/2026 1:29:48 PM | ||
