Project Description: This bid intends to contract with vendors to provide Paper Products to the Food Service Department for the 2026-2027 School Year. The term of the contract shall be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, as per the schedule set by the Director of Food Services. All Prices submitted are guaranteed for one year from the date of the award of the contract. Public Notice: Procuring Goods and Services Financed with Federal Funds The Board of Education hereby provides public notice that federal funds will be used to procure the goods/services as outlined in the bid specifications. Federal Program-National School Lunch Program. One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Cost of Bid.
The Board of Education intends to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidders for all items in each “Basket”. Prices are to include delivery and handling.
Bidders are invited to bid on as many baskets as desired, but the awarded vendor must bid on and provide all the items in each basket.
Prices are firm and guaranteed for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Submit all bid pricing in dollars and cents. e.g. - $125.37 or $75.00
Do not omit decimal points, commas, etc. Prices must be clear and legible.
