Paper Cuts Various, all sizes, colors, weights

A. This is a "requirements" type solicitation for paper stock which means that actual requirements
are not and cannot be determined at this time, but rather, will be developed on an as-needed basis
over time.
B. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide paper stock on an as-needed basis. Typical types of
paper stock requirements are more specifically detailed in Section B.
C. The contract shall include, as a minimum, all of the typical type of paper stocks as listed in Section 'B'.
D. Each order will be specified and transmitted to all vendors on the qualified list as a Request for
Quotes. (RFQ) The vendors will prepare and submit an itemized fixed-price quote in response to
the request for quotes.
E. Bidders shall designate a dedicated customer service representative that offers a point of contact
for pricing, status, information, etc.
F. Errors made by fault of the vendor after proofing, shall be corrected at the vendor's expense. Errors
left uncorrected when proofing by the City shall be the City's responsibility.
G. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with contractor's best
commercial practice in providing adequate protection against shipping damage and weather. Cartons
shall be sturdy enough to allow stacking five (5) high.
H. A proof and one corrected proof: if required, shall be provided at no cost to the City.
Thereafter, proof copies may have a cost as indicated on the quote submitted.
