1.Background: The Bay Pines Veteran Affairs Healthcare System located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. has a requirement for the outfitting of the Dental Clinic with a Dental Panoramic XR Brand Name or Equal. The clinic requires the panoramic XR along with the associated supporting equipment, detailed below. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The delivery order will be awarded as Firm-Fixed-Price. Carestream Dental/equivalent is the basis of design (BOD).

3.Equipment: The following equipment shall be provided and installed by the Contractor in the required area as determined by the Government. All equipment installed by the Contractor shall be FDA approved for use, in new condition, and fully operational in accordance with manufacturer literature specifications. A minimum of two (2) copies of any associated operational and/or service manuals shall be provided for all equipment listed below as applicable:
