Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving and accepting online bids, bids will be publicly read aloud in the Conference Room A, City Hall, by the City Clerk.

Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid Online Bidding for the submittal of your bid. Bidders will be charged an additional non-refundable fee of $42.00 to submit a bid electronically.
