2026 PAMS Annual Service and Maintenance

The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase PAMS Annual Service and Maintenance, System Calibration Kits, Windows Upgrade and parts.

Consolidated Analytical Systems, Inc (CAS) specializes in the design, manufacturing, and integration of products and services specifically designed for turn-key Ambient Air Quality Monitoring. The Gas Chromatograph annual maintenance kits, parts, calibration standards, and services offered to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) are unique to the CAS PAMS System integrated and installed at the MPCA sites by CAS. To conform with manufacturer recommendations, ensure system compatibility, quality, and functionality, and retain full system warranty, the parts must be obtained from and installed by CAS. CAS is the only authorized distributor and service provider of Chromatotec instrumentation in the United States. This has been determined to be a single source, and no substitutions will be accepted.
