The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, trail repairs located along the north and northwest border of Palomares Hills Park in Castro valley, California. Trail repairs include replacement of the existing AC paved trail, site drainage improvement along the trail path, and installation of short debris walls located along the inboard edge of the trail.  Project includes REPAIR of lawn or landscaped surfaces, and irrigation affected by construction.

A mandatory, in-person pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00am, at 7050 Villareal Dr, Castro Valley, CA 94552. All participants are required to sign in at the pre-bid conference.  The conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bidder ineligible.

Bidders are required to sign a Certification of Pre-Bid Site Visit, certifying the bidder visited the Site of the proposed Work and became fully acquainted with the conditions relating to construction and labor.
