Summary

San Marcos Unified School District of San Diego County, California, acting
by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive up to, but not later than, 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025 through the District's online bidding platform for bid:
BID 2025-16 : Paloma Elementary Renovation Project

The estimated construction costs for this project will be approximately $65,000,000.00.

Background

The District is proposing a multi-phase Project that will include like for like renovation of the entire campus including the redevelopment of the hard courts and play fields. Please note: This is not a full reconstruction, but will include a replacement of up to 21 portable classroom buildings with permanent buildings, and modernization of existing permanent buildings.
