Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for scheduled and as-needed maintenance of various types of palms throughout the City. The palms may be located in City parks, public rights-of-way and at City-owned properties and facilities. The awarded contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, tools, supplies that include labor, equipment, and vehicles necessary to provide palm pruning and skinning services in accordance with the provisions specified herein. No fuel surcharge or trip charges are allowed.
