ALL UTILITIES AND MECHANICAL COMPONENTS TO BE MOVED ABOVE GROUND AND EXISTING UNDERGROUND MECHANICAL VAULT TO BE FILLED IN WITH DIRT, STABILIZED, AND POURED OVER WITH CONCRETE PAD. PAD TO ACCOMMODATE NEW FOUNTAIN COMPONENTS AND TO BE ENCLOSED WITH FENCING.
