Description:

The Town of Auburn is soliciting bids for approximately 910 square-yards of cart path paving at 8-feet wide and approximately 500-feet of cart path underdrains at Pakachoag Golf Course, 15 Upland Street, Auburn, MA 01501. The work shall include installation of underdrains, connecting new drainage to existing drainage, earthwork, fine-grading, compaction, paving, stabilization, and final tying-in operations. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM at 130 Southold Road, Auburn MA. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting, or take the time to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the proposed work. The Bids will be received at the Selectmen's Office, 102 Central Street, Auburn, Massachusetts until 12:00 PM, local time, on October 15, 2025 at which time said Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 2nd floor, 104 Central Street. Award of the contract will be given to the responsible contractor offering the quality of the project specified herein at the lowest price.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bids if it deems it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
