Pakachoag Golf Course – Bunker Renovation Project

The Town of Auburn is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of existing bunkers at Pakachoag Golf Course, 15 Upland Street, Auburn, MA 01501. The work shall include earthwork, the shaping of greens, tees, bunkers, and grassy hollows, contouring fairways and roughs, and final tying-in operations. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM on site at 15 Upland Street, Auburn, MA. The Bids will be received at the Selectmen's Office, 102 Central Street, Auburn, Massachusetts until 1:00 PM, local time, on May 8, 2025 at which time said Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 2 ^nd floor, 104 Central Street. Award of the contract will be given to the responsible contractor offering the quality of the project specified herein at the lowest price. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bids if it deems it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
