Painting Services, Systemwide

Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials and any other resources required to provide maintenance painting services to HCCS on an “as needed” basis. Painting services will include, but not be limited to, protective and decorative painting, sealant, and/or coatings to common exterior and interior surfaces to provide term resistance to weathering, protection from damage by corrosion or graffiti, practical economy of maintenance and an attractive appearance. Work includes the proper preparation of surfaces, furnishings of materials, labor and equipment and all necessary supplies in order to make a complete job of painting all previously painted surfaces of an assigned area.
