The City of Grapevine is seeking bids from qualified contractors for general painting services on an as-needed basis for the City of Grapevine. The contract will be awarded to the bid providing the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated in the bid. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods.

The bid will be awarded to the bid providing the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated herein and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award a primary and secondary annual contract but may award more if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in December 2022.

All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2022.
