Description: Dutchess BOCES is seeking sealed bids for a one-time public works contract for the preparation, priming, and painting of all hallways and stairwells at the Resilience Academy, located at 5 BOCES Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. The project includes wall preparation, application of primer and two coats of paint (paint provided by Dutchess BOCES), and final cleanup. The awarded contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and consumable materials. This is a prevailing wage project (PRC# 2025006930). All work must be completed no later than August 22, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for June 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and sealed bids are due by 12:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025 at the Dutchess BOCES Purchasing Office.
