A) Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to provide Painting and General Repair Services to Caltrans.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to perform interior and exterior painting, removing all furniture and placing it back, surface preparations, repairs, and related tasks at the Burnt Mill and Camp Angelus Maintenance Station (MS) In San Bernardino County. Services shall include painting of various building surfaces, bollards, and a fuel canopy, as well as drywall repairs and T111 siding replacement.
