NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Salem State University
Salem State University (Awarding Authority) is inviting electronic proposals
for project SSU 2026-11 Painting Bowditch Residence Hall.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates
as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
All General Contractors must submit a DCAMM certificate of Eligibility and
Updated Statement.
Request plans and specifications and send questions to Reynaldo Ramos,
Assistant Vice President of Purchasing and Auxiliary Services email to
rramos@salemstate.edu.
General bids due: 10:00am on Wednesday May 20, 2026.
General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five
(5%) of the bid amount.
Site Visit Meeting: Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 9:00 AM at 1 College Dr.
Salem, MA 01970.
