Scope of Project

PAINT/PREP MUSEUM WEST FAÇADE

The city of Joplin, Missouri is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide for the preparation, repair , and painting of the Joplin Historical & Mineral Museum’s west facing façade. The areas to be painted include all columns, soffits, fascia, lintels, and downspouts on the western face of the museum, and the southwestern face of the 2 ^nd floor exterior. The project is estimated at 2,690 square feet. Contractors are responsible for obtaining their own measurements. The awarding bid will be based on the total grand price.
