Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure fixed pricing for Paint Labor for the preparation and painting of doors, sidelight trim, and railings throughout the District. Awarded vendor must supply all labor and materials need to perform painting services excluding the paint and primer. The District will provide the paint and primer to be used. Bid will be on an “as needed” basis with no minimum job size. The Maintenance Paint Department estimates 250 – 300 doors may need to be painted per year, however, no guarantee of the amount work performed under this bid is implied or given. Examples of railings our district may need painted can be viewed in the file titled, "Bid 4058GM Paint Labor - Doors, Sidelights, and Railings - EXHIBIT A". Please read the attachment named "Bid 4169GM Paint Labor - Doors, Sidelights, and Railings - TERMS AND CONDITIONS", print out the attachment named "Bid 4169GM Paint Labor - Doors, Sidelights, and Railings - REQUIRED FORMS", read the Specifications, complete the forms, and submit those forms on VendorLink before the due date and time.
