PAINTING EQUIPMENT LINE STRIPING MACHINE
The Laconia Public Works Department is requesting bids for paint striping equipment
consisting of a Graco {or approved equal) Line Laser model LL3900STRD with a Line Driver
HD ride on attachment meeting the specifications listed in this bid request.
Two copies (2) of Proposals will be received at the City of Laconia Purchasing Office, 45
Beacon Street East, Laconia, NH 03246, until 2:30 PM Monday, May 4, 2026. Postmarks
and other timestamps will not be accepted in lieu of actual delivery. Responses must be
submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your company identification and
labeled "RFB 26-04-04B Line Striping Machine"
The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part
thereof, to waive any formality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid considered to
be in the best interest of the City as determined solely by the Public Works Director. Failure
to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City
reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason.
Vendors are encouraged to submit questions via email; however, The City assumes no liability for
ensuring accurate and complete email transmission/receipt and is not responsible to
acknowledge receipt. Inquiries must be submitted in writing, citing the RFP title/number, Pate
Section, and must be received no later than Monday April 20* 2026
The City will consider all timely-received questions and requests for change and, if reasonable
and appropriate, will issue an addendum to clarify or modify this RFP. Answers to vendor
submitted questions and other addenda will be posted on the City of Laconia website
www.laconianh.gov no later than Monday, April 28, 2026
