PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A. The work covered by the Contract Documents is entitled "Tarrant County College District, South Campus, SC13 (SACR) Paint Booth Replacement, 5301 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119", as prepared by Grace Hebert Curtis Architects, LLC, dated September 10, 2025.
B. The project site is located at 5301 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119. Reference the vicinity map on the drawings.
C. The project involves demolition and removal of an existing welded wire partition and paint booth, replacement of the existing paint booth with a new paint booth, associated replacements and/or modifications of existing intake and exhaust ductwork, gas, power, data, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and compressed air as required to provide a complete, code compliant, and properly functioning paint booth. Replacement of the electrical panel serving the paint booth, modification of an adjacent topping slab, guard rails, etc., as indicated in the drawings.
D. Refer to Section 01 2300, "Alternates" for additional scope.
