This requirement to procure four (4) High Lift Catering (HLCA) trucks at Joint Base Andrews to support the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG) mission requirements. The PAG and Presidential Aircraft Recapitalization (PAR) requires High Lift Catering (HLCA) trucks to be used for the PAG's-PAR (VC-25B) program which is replacing the VC-25A aircraft. The ability of the lifts must have distinguished automated safety features that prevent physical touching or damage to aircraft as well as mitigate/protect against human error during adverse weather conditions inherent to JB Andrews flightline operations amid aircraft recovery procedures. Due to the pristine level of sensitivity, the VC-25B aircraft has a unique exterior surface that ensures mission durability, success and purpose. Incorporation of International Air Transport Association (IATA) industry standards via Aircraft Handling Manuals (AHM) 910/913 are essential characteristics required as part of HLCA trucks operational procedures. Maximum use of speed and efficiency tools on each HLCA van must be capable of delivering reliable performance upon demand with ad hoc adjustments that have flexibility to prevent delayed mission departure/recovery efforts for the President of the United States.
