Description
The State Park Service of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism currently owns the Old Visitor’s Center (which includes a restroom facility, storage areas and beach area) located at Dreher Island State Park, near Prosperity, SC in Newberry County. It is the intent of the State Park Service to lease this facility and its operation to an individual or entity under the terms and conditions established herein.
