PAD Medical Coders and Transcription Services

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) - Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) hereby provides notice of a proposed contract action for Medical Records Coding and Transcription Services to support Patient Administration Department (PAD) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The period of performance will be a base period of 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 plus four on-year option periods that may extend the performance through 31 December 2028.

This opportunity is available only to certified 8(a) small business concerns. DHACA NM-CD intends to competitively solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541219 and the business size standard is $25M. The PSC code applicable to this acquisition is Q601. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service in accordance with FAR 19.14.

The solicitation will be uploaded to System for Award Management (SAM.gov) approximately 20 November 2023. All offers must be submitted electronically. A draft PWS is available for review and questions.
