Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for various packaging items – multiple quantities.
The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.
The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 322220. The related small business size is standards 750 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any purchase order or contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote and those conforming to the requirements of the solicitation may be considered for award. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to Jason Huth at jason.c.huth.civ@army.mil or Melissa Kaarbo at melissa.m.kaarbo.civ@army.mil.
Questions shall include reference to the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions must be received a minimum of seven (7) business days before the closing date listed in the RFQ. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offerors to continually review this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
Amendment 1 added 12/9/24 to address questions/answers, update the SF1449, and to extend the solicitation closing date.
