Warming Centers Request for Proposals, EPIN 07123P0009
DHS' Street Homelessness Solutions Division seeks to award four 3-year contracts (FY 23-25) with one option to renew for 3 years to various vendors for five warming centers in various locations, which includes Manhattan (I), Queens (3), and the Bronx (I) when the NYC Emergency Management Code Blue and Enhanced Code Blue Alerts are called. Antiticpated Procurement Value: $1,499,985.00 Anticipated # of Contacts: 4 To respond to this Human/Client Services Request for Proposals (RFP)/RFx, organizations must have an account and an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort. Proposals and Prequalification applications will ONLY be accepted through PASSPort. If you do not have a PASSPort account or an approved HHS Prequalification Application in PASSPort, please visit www.nyc.gov/passport . Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab of PASSPort.
