P Street Trail

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified and experienced Contractors for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, materials and equipment, of the P Street Trail Project, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.

The Public Improvement Project for the P Street Trail will include the construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 12-foot-wide concrete trail in Bentonville, Arkansas. The trail will begin west of SE P Street at the existing Razorback Greenway Trail and extend south of 14th Street (Hwy 102) to the future 14th Street Tunnel project. A significant portion of the trail lies within the floodway, necessitating strict adherence to all relevant regulations. Additionally, a large drainage structure at the southern end of SE P Street will be constructed, along with other drainage improvements as specified in the project plans. The Scope of Work includes all work required to complete each improvement, and all other works noted on the Project Sheets and Bid Documents for IFB-25-01.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, located at Administrative Services Building 2nd Floor Bid Room, 1000 SW 14th Street Bentonville, Arkansas 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM sharp.
