Description
The Health Department seeks to contract with up to five (5) providers who would coordinate community coalitions dedicated to reducing the early initiation of substance use among BIPOC LGBTQ+/ LGBTQ+ youth and young adults up to age 35 by creating safe and affirming communities across NYC. For simplicity, all references to “LGBTQ+ youth” and “BIPOC LGBTQ+ youth” in this solicitation is inclusive of all members of these communities up to age 35. Pre-Proposal Conference
The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on 11/18/2024 at 12:30PM EST. All those interested in attending the conference must RSVP for the conference to RFP@health.nyc.gov (subject “ Coalitions PPC Attendee ”) by 11/15/2024, 2:00 PM EST to receive the link to attend. In order to be addressed during the Conference, questions must be e-mailed to RFP@health.nyc.gov no later than 11/15/2024, 2:00 PM EST. Otherwise, all questions must be received by the Questions Deadline (11/25/2024, 2:00PM).  Please include " Coalitions RFP Question " in the subject.
