P-25011 RFP for Service, Maintenance & Repair for Small + Large Equipment

Project Description: The Chicago Park District (“Park District”) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms for service, maintenance, and repair on existing and future small and large equipment in the Park District inventory on an as-needed basis.
The Awardee (as defined in the General Conditions) shall provide all required equipment, labor, materials, transportation, vehicles, and any/all other services necessary to service, maintain and repair small and large equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Additionally, the Awardee will provide services of the highest and best quality that are competitively priced and delivered in a timely manner. Finally, the Awardee must have experience and have an established, credible reputation for servicing large volume equipment including the equipment type listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, or equipment similar thereto.
