The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) possesses a diverse portfolio of real property assets, which includes vertical and surface parking structures, transportation hubs, park-and-ride facilities, undeveloped land, and office buildings (Portfolio). The selected brokerage firm will be responsible for the comprehensive management of this portfolio, encompassing all real estate activities and initiatives undertaken by the JTA.
The selected Broker will act as an extension of staff providing real estate services including, but not limited to, project organization and advisory services, market analysis and valuation, marketing, acquisition and disposition services, due diligence services, tenant management and representation, and any other services as needed. Services may be provided by the Broker or delegated to third-party entity, with the approval of JTA. Broker will manage the scope, work product and timelines of the third-party as the Prime Consultant.
