Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits, fees and taxes necessary to demolish lead painted mezzanine and other miscellaneous work.

The location of services shall be performed at Nimbus Fish Hatchery, 2001 Nimbus Road, Gold River, CA 95670, Sacramento County

License Required:  A - ¿General Engineering Contractor¿ or B - ¿General Building Contractor¿ with the following;

Lead-Related Certificate (LRC) from the Department of Public Health, Childhood Poisoning Prevention Branch.  If the Bidding Contractor does not possess the required certificate, then the Bidding Contractor shall subcontract with a contractor with said Certification.

Estimated Cost:  $ 30,000.00

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal).

As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that ¿No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects greater than $25,000.00¿.  Failure to register with DIR or list sub-contractors not registered will render your bid non-responsive.
