25-032-P Purchase of Electric Railcar Mover, Charging Station, and Commissioning

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PhilaPort) is seeking proposals from Railcar Mover manufacturer’s, their authorized dealers, or franchisers for the purchase of a zero-emissions (ZE) electric Railcar Mover and an electric-vehicle (EV) Charging Station. If the Railcar Mover Contractor does not offer Charging Stations, the Offeror must team with electric-vehicle (EV) Charging Station manufacturers, their authorized dealers, or franchisers. The Railcar Mover Contractor will act as the prime contractor, responsible for ensuring the purchase of Charging Stations that meet the specified requirements and are compatible with the Railcar Mover.
