25-030-P Purchase of Electric Yard Tractors and Charging Stations and Commissioning

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PhilaPort) is seeking proposals from Yard Tractor manufacturers, their authorized dealers, or franchisers for the purchase of twenty-six (26) zero emissions (ZE) electric Yard Tractors and procure twenty-six (26) electric-vehicle (EV) Charging Stations. If the Yard Tractor Contractor does not offer Charging Stations, the Offeror must team with electric-vehicle (EV) Charging Station manufacturers, their authorized dealers, or franchisers. The Yard Tractor Contractor will act as the prime contractor, responsible for ensuring the purchase of Charging Stations that meet the specified requirements and are compatible with the Yard Tractors.
