Bids for the above project will only be accepted from Contractors when submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department using the online Trimble Unity Construct® Bid Portal (bid portal).

General Scope of Work: HQ Replacement Phase 2 scope of work includes but not limited: Demolish and dispose of the existing Headquarters Building and revise the entry road and turnround, new landscaping/seeding at area of existing Headquarters and TxDot road project, provide and install two (2) automatic gates and two (2) manual gates in accordance with the Invitation to Bid Documents. The Construction Cost estimate for this project is $250,000.00 to $290,000.00

Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within One hundred twenty (120) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

Refer to attached Notice to Bidders PDF for solicition detailed information, along with the following upcoming events:

1. Virtual Pre-bid Meeting will be held on November 21, 2024 at 1:30 PM (CST). Potential Bidder must pre-register for the pre-bid meeting at the link found on the Notice to Bidders.

2. Site visit to view the project site will be held on November 22, 2024, at 10:00AM CST at Tyler State Park. Bidders shall meet at the decommissioned Headquarters (HQ).

3. Virtual Public Bid Opening will be hosted one (1) hour after the bid opening deadline, which is 3:00 PM (CST) on December 16, 2024. Potential Bidder must pre-register for the bid opening at the link found on the Notice to Bidders.
