Bids for the above project will only be accepted fromContractors when submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department using theonline Trimble Unity Construct® Bid Portal (bid portal).

Bid Due Date: Bids will be accepted in the bid portal by theContracting Branch, Infrastructure Division until 2:00 PM CST, on June 3,2025.

General Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, material andincidentals necessary for Nature Center Repairs at Fort Parker SP located inLimestone County, Texas per the specifications provided herein, TheConstruction Cost estimate for this project is $1,800,250.00 - $1,895,000.00.

Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within three hundred sixtyfive (365) calendar days commencing on the date specified in theNotice to Proceed.

1. Virtual Pre-bid Meeting will be held on 10:30 AM CST,May 13, 2025. Potential Bidder must pre-register for thepre-bid meeting at the link found on the Notice to Bidders.

2. Site visits are available during May 13 – May 15, 2025, between 9:00AM CST – 3:00 PM CST.
