.Pursuant to Fish and Game Code Sections 1010 and 1745.1(a), the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), serving as an agent of the State of California (STATE), offers this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Permit for Excess Vegetation Disposal (Grazing). The proposed vegetation disposal activity will be conducted with non-exclusive rights on approximately 275 acres of real property known as the Balls Ferry Wetland Unit 1 (BFWU1) and the Balls Ferry Wetland Unit 2 (BFWU2), referred to as the Premises, on the Mouth of Cottonwood Creek Wildlife Area (MCCWA), in Shasta County
