P-25024 IFB for Pest Control Services

Project Description: The Chicago Park District (“Park District”) is soliciting bids from experienced companies for Pest Control Services for field house buildings (and other specified locations, as needed).
The awardee(s) shall provide all required supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, trucks, vehicles, and any/all other services necessary to provide pest control services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Additionally, the awardee will provide services of the highest and best quality in the industry that are competitively priced and delivered in a timely manner. Finally, the awardee(s) must have experience and have an established, credible reputation for servicing large-volume, multiple location commercial customers, on a just-in-time basis.
