P-26006 IFB for Lumber and Building Supplies Supply and Deliver

Project Description: The Chicago Park District (Park District) invites the submittal of bids for the supply and delivery of lumber and building materials. The awardee(s) shall provide all equipment, fuel, labor, materials, transportation, trucks, vehicles, and any/all other services necessary to supply and deliver lumber and building materials, throughout the Park District in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Additionally, the awardee(s) will provide products and services of the highest and best quality that are competitively priced and delivered in a timely manner. Finally, the awardee(s) must have experience and an established, credible reputation for servicing large-volume, multiple location customers, in the field of lumber and building materials, on a just-in-time basis.
