Summary

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority herein after referred to as (the “Authority” or “JTA”) a body politic and corporate and an agency of the State of Florida, located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 322204, hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide full service warranty maintenance, including all services, preventative maintenance, and repair all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units and automatic controls as further detailed in the Scope of Work.

Attendance of the Site Tour is strongly encouraged. The Site Tour will be of two locations, Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus (MAOC) and the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center (JRTC).

The Site Tour will begin at the Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus (MAOC).

All attendees must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e., Safety Vest) this is Mandatory. Attendees must provide their own PPE. This will not be provided, and you will not be allowed on JTA property to attend the Site Tour if a Safety Vest is not worn.
