Description:	The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: This project will include installation of "Welcome to Fort Wayne" sign in the INDOT Right of Way along I-69 North at W Jefferson Exit. Excavation of Ground, Prep of Site, New Lighting, Landscape, Signage, and Restoration will be needed on-site. INDOT approves of this project and Contractor will be responsible for all MOT and safety measures here.
