P-25-020 Fleet Maintenance Services

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “JTA”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms, to establish a contract to provide professional and complete Fleet Maintenance Services for both revenue and non-revenue vehicles. JTA is looking for multiple vendors to provide these services. This will encompass the service need for the three additional counties we maintain.

Major repairs services shall include but not be limited to: rebuild or replacement of major engine parts, replacement parts, material, equipment, towing, shop supplies, engine fluids, internal & external filters, and external coolers of vehicles owned by JTA that are not under warranty. Preventative maintenance services are considered minor repairs, and shall include but not limited to; alignments, oil changes and any other minor repairs that are communicated to and approved by JTA prior to the repair being conducted.
